Shipping & Returns Policy
U.S. Shipping Rates
- Orders under $40: $5 standard shipping.
- Orders from $40 to $100: $8 standard shipping.
- Orders over $100: Free standard shipping.
Shipping rates may vary during sitewide sales. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. This processing window does not include transit time. Occasional delays may occur.
EOTM orders are excluded from our standard processing timeframe.
In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available for local Kansas City customers.
Orders must be picked up within 30 days. Orders left unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to charity and considered final sale. Refunds and replacements will not be provided for unclaimed orders.
Lost or Missing Packages
The Babe Standard is not responsible for packages lost or missing in transit. Customers must file a claim directly with USPS. Refunds will not be issued for lost or missing packages.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and have their original tags attached.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The following purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale and clearance items.
- Custom items, including permanent jewelry, Charm Bar creations, and Hat Bar creations and experiences.
Permanent Jewelry Repairs
All permanent jewelry purchases are final sale. We offer complimentary repairs on permanent jewelry pieces. Please see our Permanent Jewelry FAQ for details.
