Let’s work together to take your experience based business to the next level. Together we will work to prioritize the foundational aspects your business needs to get to that next level of scaling. We will jump deep into your numbers and prioritize profit in your business. 

Each month we will create a custom tailored education plan with access to my library of content and resources. 

Some of the topics we can cover and dive deep into 

  1. Financial Planning: time to come face to face with your numbers and plan out your fear from a financial perspective so there is NO more stressing about revenue at the end of each month. You’ll learn to understand the flow, && how to predict the highs and the lows within your year. 
  2. Inventory Management: outlining best practices for ordering, predicting, and organizing. You’ll learn how to save money by buying in bulk, &&& sell more by never running out of your top seller
  3. Brand Voice && Customer Experience: focus on pinpointing your unique brand && highlighting what sets you apart from the competition. We will dive into personal branding, connecting with your customers and being memorable.
  4. Systems && Processes: creating systems within your business ready to scale up with you. We can work together to build out a procedure handbook for staff
  5. Staffing && Staff Management: focus on hiring the right team, building them up && creating a fiercely loyal team empowered to give the best customer experience 
  6. Brick & Mortar Planning: work through store design, layout, traffic flow && more.

The support you’ll receive each month

  • 2 60 min live calls with plenty of time for Q&A on the topics above with homework and accountability check ins
  • A Voxer chat for daily support and questions M-F, 9-4. Voice or texting. Your preference. 
  • Access to resources like spreadsheets I couldn’t run my business without

What I ask of you

  • Show up each month for our two calls. You’ll be in charge of scheduling these, primarily on Mondays or Tuesdays from 9-4. Subject to availability. Need other days/hours 
  • Do the work between calls. Work your business. Prioritize the work. 
  • 3 month commitment. After 3 months cancel at any time, but I ask you commit to me for at least 3 months while we find our groove together.
