Shipping:
- US Standard shipping- $5 shipping for all orders under $40. Orders over $40 will have a $8 shipping fee. All orders over $100 ship FREE.
- We offer in-store pick up for our local KC babes. Orders must be picked up within 30 days. After 30 days all items will be donated to charity, and the sale will be deemed final sale. No returns or replacements will be offered.
- Orders are processed and shipped out as soon as possible, and within 3-5 business days. Occasionally orders may be delayed. EOTM is excluded from standard turn around time.
- During SITEWIDE sales shipping fees may change
- The Babe Standard can not be held responsible for lost/missing packages. The buyer will need to file a claim with the USPS for lost or missing packages.
- Refunds will not be given for lost packages.
Returns:
- Returns on unworn items with tags still attached are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item.
- All custom items (Permanent Jewelry, Charm bar & Hat Bar experiences) are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Returns are eligible for refund in original payment method.
- Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
